I was born into advertising. My dad’s been a creative director all my life and I’ve always been fascinated by his work. That early exposure led to an obsession with storytelling and world-building. I decided to pursue the study of journalism. It was 2014, and I had the foresight to see just how powerful social media was becoming. I decided that’s where I wanted to focus my energy. Between managing social accounts for businesses and organizations I was involved with and regularly receiving texts from friends asking, “Can you make this photo look good and come up with a caption for me?” I quickly realized that social media wasn’t second nature to everyone. 

Now, a decade later, I’ve continued to dedicate my energy to social media, just on a much larger scale.
